Been Asked to host the D C Tilda Challenge

The D C Forum card making hold a Tilda Challenge on a weekly basis. This week Dianne (Crazy Crafter) has asked me to do it.

Challenge is:-

As this weekend it is the start of British Summer Time and the clocks go forward. I have set it as No Theme but with the following conditions

No Winter Tildas unless that is all you have.

2 pieces of patterned paper

At least 1 flower

3 gems or brads

Also the colour green or yellow must be included somewhere.

Well I have finished my card for this challenge and this is the result

Retro Tilda

Over on the DC forum we have a weekly challenge and this week
set by Dianne is Retro Tilda. Well I looked for some papers and found this paper from PC Crafter. So I layered the Gas Pump and the bike and case from the same collection to create a 50's feel. Added a piece of ribbon gathered as a skirt and sat her on the case. Retro Chic Chip Board sign came from another docrafter.

Golden Wedding Anniversary

Well I was asked to make a special anniversary card for friends mother in law. She likes decoupage so i came up with this. Cream pearlised card and gold shiney mirri card. Cuttlebuged a layer of the gold and added a sheer gold ribbon with gold flexs down the centre. Diecut 2 glasses as this was all the brief required some glasses and a nice verse.

Hope it isnt too plain.

Happy Mothers Day

Well I would just like to wish all you mothers out there a happy day. Also for those that dont have children hope you have a good day thinking of your mum.
