Crafty Catz Does Bookmarks

Morning good to be back with you all and are you ready for the weekend hope the weather is nice to us. Since I moved into my new house it has rained and rained and i couldnt believe my ears i heard that there may still be a hose pipe ban in some areas well they can have our rain for a little.

Well enough of my chat what have i got for you today. Today being Friday is time for another challenge at Crafty Catz and this week it is another of our new team mates Bridget andshe has choosen BOOKMARKS. So get your thinking caps on and come up with something good to decorate your page. This would make a brilliant present maybe for a teacher family member or friend who likes to read. Well onto my bookmark I used a lovely stamp set my friend sent me which was perfect for this project. I made a corner bookmark which was very easy to make just a square with the top corners turned down. Added a few pearls and touch of glitter and of course coloured it with my promarkers. The ribbon was from my stash just a little i had left. I do think these projects are great for using up those odd little bits you have left.

Morning hope you are well and ready for another challenge over at Creative Inspirations. This week Natlie asked me to pick a theme and with Fathers Day just around the corner I thought why not have a card for the men/man in your life.

I have made this for my Dad and hope you like. The image is a Fizzy Moon which I coloured with promarkers and some glitter pens. Added a few gold stars cause that is what he is a star. The backing paper is from my stash and the circles are foiled in gold and silver. I used my nestie forr the circle and the square which embossed with a cuttlebug folder.

This also fits the theme of circles which Crafty Catz is running till Thursday night so still time to enter that. I missed the dead line for me DT for that so hope this will do both.

I AM BACK

Hi folks hope you havent missed me too much. Now in my new home although lots of unpacking and jobs to do. Amazing what you dont find out when you are looking until you move in like taps broken etc. Oh well.

Internet back on and hopefully will beable to get on here a little now.

Today is my birthday i am 21 again and a fair few more lol. I have had loads of cards and some lovely present from some of my blogging buddies and a little present from Elaine wow thank you.
