Do you Like Stripes or Checks or Both

Good morning a quick post from me today gosh not enough hours in the day this week kids have a toy fayre after school today and non uniform day to raise money for sports relief  and I must go food shopping because Chris needs my car tomorrow. Grrrrrrrrr.
Well as the title says do you like Stripes or Check you choose and this is the theme the lovely Carol has come up with for our challenge this week at Crafty Catz.

DP are froma very old papermania pad think and used a doily from ebay. Gems are from a local garden centre well local to janette. Tee Hee. Pink card from papermill. Ribbon from stash. Image from sponsor and coloured with my Promarkers.
Well as you can see I couldnt make up my mind if I wanted Stripes or Checks to went with both.

Weddings or Anniversary at Craft this week

Morning folks still raining here and have a wash load ready to switch on but hate damp clothes in the house and refuse to use my dryer. Lol. Well more cost on elec less money to spend on goodies.

For my card I picked this cute image from WAGS N WHISKERS  but only used the top part they do have full bodies really. Now you may say is this a wedding card not really a wedding image and they look pretty young maybe they are whispering about their future plans. My idea behind this is that it is a card to send to a friend as an ANNIVERSARY card of our friendship just to say how much there friendship means over the year. What do you think?

I have use DP from G.C.D Rose Coloured Glasses pad. Some yummy ribbon tee hee these are getting to be a regular on my card. Image is cut with a nestie and coloured with promarkers and then chalked round the image. Few gems for the corner and the sentiment is a Papermania  one. Another C.A.S card from me today as I didnt want to hide the fab paper it has a lovely feel and texture to it but you will have to trust me on that one.

Creative Inspirations DT Card - Case It- Me

Good morning and today being Wednesday we have a new challenge for you at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS. This week is the Start of a new monthly challenge by a DT Member and they will pick a favourite card for us to take inspiration from. More details if you are unsure of what Case is is on the challenge blog. Well the Dt this month is non other than ME. Yes I have made this card and would like you to do your interpretation of it. I can wait to see what you have come up with.

For my card I use a Mo's image  called Toby coloured with my promarkers. This card is for my Brother who is celebrating his 50th Birthday so I wanted to do something with a little humour but not over the top. His youngest son is called Toby so this image fitted perfectly. the sentiment from Bugaboo. Name was stamped with a SeeD set. DP is from a Scrapbook pad.. Card to mount the image is from the papermill. The base card is a 8x8inch card. A little gold ribbon to finish and Hapy Birthday Whisper Stamp.

 For my card I used a Tilda stamp doesn't she look great in her cowgirl outfit. I coloured her with my promarkers. Dp is from my stash I think is Laura Ashley and the spotty paper is actually recycled from a Christmas card inside. I stamped a Indian tent into this. Die cut fence from a friend. Gems from Mia flower. Ribbon is from Aberkan Crafts and lace. The sketch is from A Gem of A Challenge
