Hi gosh where has the week gone and it is a short week next week with another Banks Holiday. We are a 3rd of the way through the year it will be Christmas before you know it. Well before I depress you anymore let me tell you about this weeks challenge at CRAFTY CATZ.

Image coloured with promarkers, First Edition papers, Base card has been cut with a Nestie. Sentiment is also from Bugaboo. Image has been cut with a scallop nestie and Xcut Circle. Flowers has been made with Martha Stewart Clay, Ribbon from stash.

Make Your own Embellishment at CRAFT

Good evening I am here with a quick post before i go off to bed. Today saw the start of a fab challenge at CRAFT and this week we would like to see lots of handmade embellishments. So lets see lots of creativity.

I was lucky enough to be able to pick a image from a sponsor and I picked 'Maxi Skirt Mamms2' by Sassy Studio Designs

 and a close up of my main embellishment i made a nappy for the new baby

Image coloured with promarkers, The papers are all downloads sorry not sure where from have had them from when i first started crafting, The die cut shapes are quickuts, the butterfly is metal mesh which i made and the dummy & ribbon is from meiflower. Sentiment is a clear stamp.

April Showers at Divas By Design

Good morning I am here to share with you my DT card for Divas By Design. This week our challenge is.....   

APRIL SHOWERS

So onto my Card I have gone with a old stamp from The Anya Set which I haven't used for some time which is a shame as it is a lovely set.

here is a close up of the image i coloured with my promarkers

I paper pieced the coat and umbrella  and also used the same paper behind the Martha Stewart and also the flowers and leaves i punched. I used a monochrome effect with my card. The flowers are Marianne die cuts . Dps are all from stash.Lace is from a local shop and the black narrow ribbon is velvet. Stampin up metal embellishment clip a few pearls for the flower centre and along the bottom. The layout is from Sketch n stash

Dayna's Birthday

Hello I am here today to show this little Birthday card.  

I made it with Dayna - Birthday from the April Release which you can find in the shop here
I have made this for the Inspirational Blog where each day one of the team shares one of their projects.
I wasnt able to join them in the Hop showing the April release and loved all the projects so jumped at making a card with this cute little elephant.

Materials i have used are

A 6x6 inch card blank matted with blue card and Mirri card

The Designer Papers and Sentiment are both from the CD which you can find in the shop as well.

Finishing touches of Gems and Organza Ribbon,

Kept the layout simple to show off this cute image which I am sure you agree makes a fab birthday card.
