Morning well I decided to make some simple flat cards but wanted still to have the AAArh factor and i recently got this set from Beccys Place and thought it was the perfect image hope you think so too.

Reason for flat cards is due to the postage at Christmas and i am hoping as the gems are small i get away with it.

He's so sweet. Last year was my first year in this card making challenge and I made the mistake of making everything too big and too thick. So this year I challenged myself to use only smaller cards and less lumpy. It's not so easy! I love your cards.

ReplyDeleteGreat card Aunty Sue, love the festive colours. The snowflake background paper is wonderful and I like the addition of the twine. You did a great job colouring the image, I particularly like the "furry" reindeer.
ReplyDeleteI often post cards with little rhinestones on them Aunty Sue, they always get through without a problem. The only thing I've noticed is that the gem can sometimes rub against the envelope leaving a little mark. One solution is to place a loose offcut of card stock between the envelope and the front of your card. Works for me.
