Got this image from Mo's Digital Pencils while brosing PCP groups. Wow there is some stunning drawings so well worth checking out.
Papers are Basic Grey and PXP. Flowers are made with a woodware punch. Gems and pearls added. Image is coloured with Promarkers. Brown and Blue flower ribbon.
Layout is from the Truly Scrumptious Blog and extra is Bling.
