Morning i am a day late with my card for Crafty catz this week so big apology for that but had lots on my mind and thought i had posted. It is the lovely Nina's turn to pick our theme and she would like to see PAPER PIECING.
Also it is my son's 31st birthday today so
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
That said let move onto my card and the challenge
This week we are sponsored by Digi Darla and they have been kind enough to allow the team to pick some images to work with. The prize they are giving some luck person is 5 images from their site.
I have used a few of there images recently and love the little boy with the football which you can see on my card last week.
I picked this little girl with her umbrella gosh she would have needed it this last week. The paper piecing is on the coat and umbrella as i remembered when my son was little lots of the little girls would get those plastic macs and umbrellas which matched. The DP is a mix of oddments from stash and a lovely echo park pad i got for my birthday from Elaine. I used some of the paper to make the flowers to tie it in. The layout is Sketch n stash. The sentiment stamp is from a small studio set. Gems and ribbon from Meiflower Crafts.
Well thanks for popping by and have a lovely weekend must dash busy day. Dont forget to pop over and checkout the rest of the teams creations wow they did some crackers

top tip tuesday - anything goes ( tip rub prit stick or or type of glue on your double sided tape before sticking down if trick to line up as it allows you to move it slightly before pressing into final place)

Hi Sue, gorgeous card, love the reds. Sorry to post here about the next thing, but I can't find a contact button for you. I was just wondering if you ever received your prize from Sunday, sketch and stamp? I noticed you hadn't and had messaged them (as did I) yet our messages seem to have been deleted! I was just interested as I'm still waiting lol. Obviously you don't have to reply, but if you would like to I have a contact me at the bottom of my blog Little Pear Tree Hugs
