Crafty catz Challenge - ATG optional Christmas DT CALL reminder

Good morning running a little late as i have been discussing a new challenge for me but all will be revealed shortly.
Ok today it is the Lovely Diannes turn to host our challenge at Crafty Catz.
So as always our challenge is ANYTHING GOES but Dianne gets to pick our optional extra for fun
Getting Ready for Christmas
Yes that word it will be with us before we know it.

Now i have used this fabulous image and the papers from the set which our sponsor supplied us. Called PEACE and is available from their shop HERE
I decided to try a shaker card never very successful for me the balls i use ithink are far to small lol. But i was pleased with this one.

Image coloure with promarkers
Marianne creatable snowglobe die
Lace and ribbon from stash
DP came with the image
Gliding wax for the snowglobe
Cheesecloth and pearls to finish

  6. Fabulous card Aunty Sue, the globe looks awesome! I love the metallic finish you added, it gives it an antique look, especially when paired with the pretty piece of lace and soft colours. Great idea for a shaker card too. Well done!

  7. I have never had any success with those shaker cards either. This one is very pretty though. I love the glow you created in your colouring too.

  9. Hiya, beautiful card, the gilding wax is the perfect touch.

    The die I used on my card is Quilted Stitch Pattern by Lil' Inkers. It's a rectangle background die that I then die cut with a square. I got it from Seven Hills Crafts.
