Crafty Catz Challenge 63 - you pick

Well good morning my heating has been on all night so expected the car to be frozen or snow all around but no snow but expect it isn't far away. Car not too bad either so must have warmed up a little. Hope you are all coping with the weather.



Well it is Friday so that means it is time for another challenge and the last challenge of this year from Crafty Catz. This week it is Dianne's time to pick. What an amazing challenge. She would like you to pick your favourate challenge from this year .

For my challenge I have picked challenge 60 christmas and 45 Animals. I used this fab image I received from a friend a while ago and coloured with my promarkers and then used 3d gloss over it and of course you have to add some glitter. Papers are Dovecraft Let it snow and silver mirri card snowflakes made with a cuttlebug die.

Creative Inspirations challenge - Sketch

Hi sorry this is a little late and it being Wednesday means it is time for another challenge at Creative Inspirations. This week Natalie has produced a brilliant sketch for us to follow.

For my card I have used a penny Black Image I was sent from a friend. Image is coloured with Promarkers and glossed over with Anitas 3d gloss. Snowflakes are cuttlebug. Eyelets and green satin ribbon. Papers are from my stash. Well I hope you like my card and please pop over to the blog to check out the rest of the teams amazing cards they have excelled themselves. More Christmas cards

Hope you are all having a good Sunday. Chris is at work and I have done my few jobs. I have to go to the hospital to see my surgeon tomorrow so hopefully he will be happy with my progress and give me some idea when my legs will reduce in size so i can get out and about again, that is if he is happy with my stomach.


Well enough of my chatter I made this card last week and forgot to post. Idea was from Creatives white theme as I enjoyed doing it that much made 2.




Lilli of the valley stamp coloured with promarkers. Cuttlebug embossing folder. Lace stuck down with double sided tape and then red glittered to stick to the expossed areas. Red sequins and flower.
Also I made this one with one of Mo's amazing images. Coloured with promarkers and te sentiment is one of Lili of the valleys stamps. Papers are from a pad from last year sorry not sure name.

Crafty Catz #62 - Birthday Bear

Well what happened to Friday I am sorry this should have been posted yesterday. Over at Crafty Catz this week our teamie Carol has come up with another brilliant challenge. I am sure we have all made plenty of Christmas Cards so to do something else will be a nice change. So Carol is asking that we make a Birthday Card with a Bear somewhere on it.

Creative Inspiration # - White Papers Only

Good afternoon hope you are al keeping warm and ready or nearly ready for Christmas.

Well onto my card I havemade a Easel Card something I have trouble to take a picture of. I have used one of our sponsors digi images. Used lots of white card cuttlebuged with snowflake folder and the dots folder. Lots of glitter and some satin red ribbon. Silver flowers are from my stash. Image coloured with promarkers and the ice cube has been 3d glossed. The Merry Christmas is a White Plastic sentiment that Tilly got me from the Leigh Craft fayre in October.

Sugar Nellie Sledging

This one of sugar nellies Christmas stamps dont they look as if they are having fun. This reminds me of lots of the children enjoying the snow in many parts of the country. Papers are from a few years ago and I coloured the image with Promarkers. The snowflakes are from Martha stewart punch.

Crafty Catz #61 - Happy New Year

Good morning hope you are all keeping warm and safe in this weather. So far we haven't done too badly and the schools are all still open.
Well it is Friday so that means another challenge over at Crafty Catz. You all seemed to love last weeks challenge and let say how sorry I am as I didn't manage to get round to you all as we had over 250 enters. This week it is Carols turn to pick the challenge and she has come up with this great challenge of "NEW YEAR".

My card for this challenge I used a Penny Black image that a friend sent me. I used some of this years Christmas paper from Papermania which has gold foil on it. I match this to the gold mirri card from the Range. I also stamped a clock from Magolia's Christmas set 2 years ago. I coloured the image with my promarkers.

I have made 2 cards with the same image but with different colours.
This one I coloured in pink and used the sketch from Paper take weekly. I also used some of my faveourite embellishments. Ribbon, Brads, gems and my Promarkers. Which is this weeks Lili of the Valleys challenge


This one I coloured in blue and also added a charm from my stash which i had left from last year and also my new sentiment stamp from Lili of the Valley. I will be entering this into Passion for Promarkers - Old & New

Happy Birthday Alex

Hi this is the card I made for my son's girlfriend Alex. I used a Truly scrumptious layout from last challenge that i was too late for. The image is from Lili of the Valley she is too cute isnt she. The sentiment is a epoxy sticker. I also cuttled bug the pink card. Flowers and ribbon was from my stash.

I have used one of Lili of the valley cute stamps from this years Christmas collection. Doily was from the Leigh Craft Fair in October which I managed to miss as I was in hospital but Tilly managed to get me some great little bargains and shopping via mobile can work. lol. Red Velvet bow and a gem clear pear drop to finish off.

Pink Gem - Snowman in the Pink

Well this is my second post today. I have used this image from Pink Gems if you haven't checked her site what you waiting for. Have used the theme of pink was to be for Truly Scrumptious use pink but forgot they also had a sketch. Never mind. Used some yummy pink ribbon from a friend (jules). Snowflakes are from M.S. punches well the waste from the round the corner set from another friend(tilly)

Today I have this card made with this cute image which I have had for some time and this fab paper I got last week from my friend Christine(Tilly) . The stamp Time to Celebrate arrived yesterday and I just had to use it. The bling is clear star gems which I have had several years.

Crafty Catz - Christmas Card

Good evening hope you have all had a wonderful day and did you watch Help I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Gosh I couldn't do any of the trials but I think I could faint better than Gillian (lol)

Well I have managed to get another of my DT's done hope I can keep this up. I was going to try and do a little walking outside but it was just far too cold. Think I will have to try walking in a shopping mal or supermarket first. Yesterday my son got himself another job more hours and slightly better pay. Well the company is one he used to work for and the approach him. Bad news I had to buy 2 new tyres for my car better safe with this bad weather on the way to us.
Anyway enough of my day and onto the challenge over at CRAFTY CATZ - Christmas. Well at this time of year I am sure we all have some cards to do. I know I have most of mine to still do. Creative Inspiration # 88- RED,GREEN & GOLD

Well it is Wednesday so that makes it is another challenge over at Creative Inspiration and they have a colour challenge for you. It has been such along time since I did my last one with my long stay in hospital and although I am still not 100% have managed to do this challenge as I need to do some Christmas Cards done so what better way of doing this challenge. I used a Sugar Nellie stamp and Papermania paper and snowflakes from my friend Tillytrotter which I coloured with gold mica spray.

Sunday I was spending a few hours with Tilly to do a bit of crafting as was planned but what wasn't arranged was that Janette Littlebo rang to see how I was and if she could pop round. Now Janette lives in Blackpool and although we have been friends for a few years we have never met. She was visiting her Aunt not far from me and thought it would be a nice surprise. My what an amazing day did we have Tilly, Littlebo and myself chatted and organised my craft supplies only problem was time went too quickly.

Update

Just a quick update for all my followers and Friends who has been soo kind in wishing me a speedy recovery and the massive number of cards I received. I am now home and well on the mend and cant wait to get back to blogging and although been told it will take me a while to get back to full health I am getting there and they are happy with my progress. I look forward to being able to get out .
So thank you all again for your get well wishes they all helped alot.

I picked one of the new release this cute girl playing cowgirls with her hobby horse. i used my promarkers and some check paper from Minds eye pad. Touch of ribbon. few pearls and of course we had to have a flowers a girl loves her flowers. The layout is from paper play but as i am posting this late have missed the deadline. Oh well there is always next week.

I will be entering this into Papertake weekly as their theme is just 1 and i have just the 1 ribbon and also Cupcake crafts this week are going digital.

Crafty Catz Challenge# 47 Orange, Blue & Brown
