Alica Bel- Happy Birthday

Good evening. Wow what another lovely day we have had here in the North West of England. My washer hasnt stopped good job it is a new one.

Well I thought I would share with you all a birthday card i made with a fab image called I'llMiss You from Alicia Bel. I made this for my sons girlfriend and even managed to make a box for it.

So here is my card it is a 8x8inch and the image has been coloured with promarkers

This is the inside I dont normally take pictures but really liked how it came out. the die is a spellbinders

This is the box that i made for it the Birthday Wishes is a Tonic die

Well she really liked the card and I believed showed it off to her family. I do hope she isnt expecting all the cards to come in boxes lol

Well i am off to add this to a few challenges and then head to bed. Fingers crossed that we dont get too much rain tomorrow they said thunderstorms and back to cooler weather. Hope that wasnt our summer i need some more warmth.

Alicia Bel - Animals & Fantastic Beasts

Good evening. Did you have a good weekend?

Well today i made a card for The Wonderful World of Alicia Bel

ALicia has a facebook page which she runs some challenges and this month she has mixed it up.

We are required to join a team of 4 and pick a name.

Well my team has some wonderful well known bloggers in it so fingers crossed

Margaret Ashby, Lisa Jennaway and Bonnie Kohane

Our team is called The Eyes Have It 

The challenge is all to make something with a image from the store that fits the name of the challenge. then Alicia sends a clue and we have to guess what the image is from the store.

This can only be done when all 4 makes are done.

Now this only started yesterday and my 3 team mates have already completed theirs so i am bringing up the rear lol.

I have used this months cutie Happy Unicorn which is on special price so be quick HERE

I have take the picture from the side in the hope you can see the glitter I have added to the DP.

The DP is from Polkadoodles and I added the png of the Happy Unicorn then added a smaller one at the side, The Wishing You sentiment is computer generated.

Image coloured with promarkers.

I have added sparkle glitter to the tree and aded some white pain on the edges. 

Die cut silver mirri fence white banner and Tim Holts star edge die.

I matted the Dp with image onto some silver mirri

Then onto some Fushia and silver double sided paper which had been matted onto some pink pearl card All this was then placed on top some some pink spiders web onto a 8x8inch cream card base.

Added a happy birthday sentiment and job done.

Think this might be a 1st for me to add PNg to a Dp and then colour

I really enjoyed making this and hope you like too.

i just need a little girl with a birthday coming up.

Alicia's CAS Valentines

Good morning i was going through my challenge list and writing a few posts for DT work and have a few cards that i havent blogged mainly cards that I did for Facebook challenges.

Now i know not everyone does Facebook and i dont do that much really it is a shame that a few companies have closed their challenge blogs and headed in that direction.

So today as i dont have a DT post have decided to post one of my cards. i think i might do this for a few days or weeks as they are building up.

So today i have this card made with a image from Alicia Bel called Sexy Angel.
I made this for Alicia's facebook challenge which is a mothly challenge.

I coloured the image with my Promarkers

Wings where coloured then Tonic glitter added.

Used my Wavy die to add some interest to the top and kept it CAS

DP is a strip from my oddments box

Ribbon twine and tonic nuvo drops finish the card

The sentiment was computer generated

Well hope you like I think my son might be pinching this as not too lovey dovey
