So now lets have a peep at the card I made for this weeks challenge. I think this will end up at School as my nephew is leaving this time for secondary school so will probably need a few. I have used a image from QKR one of our sponsors.

I have coloured the images with my promarkers and the Dp is Bobunny Ad Lib collection and Hot off the press. Ribbon from stash and a few pearls to finish. I will add the teachers name when he decides who is getting it.

so onto my card for your inspiration.I have used a freebie from Crafty Sentiments-Harriet coloured with my promarkers

I have used some new papers from a friend for my birthday called Sweet Girl by Echo Park. As soon as I opened it I couldnt wait to use they are stunning bright papers. Crafty Sentiments where giving this image away if you emailed them with a promise to enter their challenge which of course i will be linking up.  Stampin Up ribbon and tiny pearls centres for my punched flowers. The embossing is a butterfly embossing plate from fiskers. I have used a new hat punch in the same paper at the bottom right and trimmed it with a tiny punched flower and pearl and a paper trim. A touch of stickles on the icecream. The colour theme is green/aqua & pink .

Distressing at Divas for Designs

Good evening yes we have had another lovely sunny day here in Manchester. Gosh it is Friday again where does the days go yes you read this again but i cant believe we are nearly at the end of June. Have you had a good day well today is longest day of the year so I do hope so. Do you think we could have a few longest days and i might be  able to catch up on my jobs,
This week at Divas for Design we have a Distressing Challenge for you. Well these stress me as I dont do vintage and always think of distressing as vintage. Well this week we have an amazing prize from LOTV.
So the team have dug into there stamp boxes and pulled out some of LOTV stamps for this one.

I have used this cute little fairy and coloured with my promarkers in blue and green and as every fairy has to have some sparkle added a little to her wings and wand. Distressed all the edges. Used my new embossing folder. Some blue satin ribbon  and pearls from Mei Flower. Dp is from a candy win the other year. A Memory Box butterfly glittered.
It has been a while since i dug out my LOTV stamps so although this was a \dis  stressing challenge for me I quite enjoyed it. So now it is over to you a touch of torn papers distressed papers and some inks lets us see what you are have made. Link up and one of us will be along in a while.

Childs card or Babys at Creative Inspiration

Good evening I am here to share my Dt card for Creative Inspirations and this week it is Lisa' turn to pick the theme. She would love you to come and join us with your Childs or Baby Cards/Creations.

Now onto my card for your inspiration. I have used a image I was given many moons ago I think it is a Whipper Snapper stamp. I so love this image. I have gone for nice bright colours to go with the nice sunshine we are having, long may it last. I do think that the bright colours are perfect for youngest although I do like them myself and always brighten up a room.

I have used my promarkeers to colour the image and the Dp is Kate Knight Totally Tropical. Satin ribbon from Meiflower. The sentiment is papermania one.

Good morning do you remember that saying Pink to make the boys wink. It was something i was alway hearing as a child but hardly ever hear these days. Well yippee it is Friday so that means another challenge at Crafty catz. We didnt have many taker last week so pretty please come play with us. Although we have been saying how quiet blogland is at the minute I know i have been busy.

Happy Birthday to Me & Thank You

Well as you can see from my blog I have been running very late this week this is mainly due to me gaining another year to my age. Yes it was my birthday and another grey hair. Well if wednesday is hump day for the week half way through the week then I am now Hump 50. My birthday started Tuesday as Tillytrotter called with my present and card as she was going away the following day. This started the visits and every day I have received something from you lovely people. My house looks so nice with handmade cards and presents on every surface and also hanging from my wall.
So below you will see them arranged on my table so you can see how lucky I am to have such lovely friends from Blogland and docrafts.

Wow didnt I do well and hope you can see how lovely each and every one is. I had the most wonderful day the sun was shining my son was off work the postman came armed with these lovely goodies and i finished the day off at the beach with my 2 nephews son and the dog. So I would like to thank you all for your good wishes and helping make my birthday one to remember with lots of fond memories.

Hi are you enjoying the fine weather i see from the TV that it is about to change well I hope that it returns quickly. I am her to night to share with you my DT card for CRAFTY CATZ which i thought I had scheduled for Friday that being my Birthday and I knew I would be busy.
Well sorry it didnt publish so here it is. The theme this week was picked by our lovely Kim and she would like to see Buttons and Lace on your cards.

Another weekend mid challenge reminder

Hi folks oh this weather is playing havoc with my crafting. My hands just dont craft when they are so warm struggle holding my pens and my room is so warm so please excuse the non blogging what with my birthday that has seemed to run for nearly a week seems ages since i ventured on my computer. I will post pictures of my birthday very shortly with thanks yous but I here now to share my Card for Creative Inspirations. The challenge started Wednesday so you have till Tuesday night to get your entry in if you havent already.

Mid Week Reminder challenge at Divas for Design

Happy Sunday to you all today is a little cooler and I have at long last found my lap top. Can someone tell me what happened to last week gosh it flew by and i hardly touched my laptop and my craft goodies.

This is really sparkly but sadly you can see the flower and butterflies are all covered in it and the black is glitter card. The image is coloured with promarkers and this is something i dont do have my images with alternate colour hair but must say i do like the purple hair and wa really happy how it came out.
