I am Blinging It Up With CRAFTY SENTIMENTS

Good morning I am so excited to be bring you this morning my 1st GDT card for Crafty Sentiments Challenge Blog. Yes I am one of the lucky ones to get the chance to be GDT for the next 2 months which I am so looking forward to. I think there images and stamps are so soo cute and over the next 2 months I will be bringing you some to inspire and encourage you to join the challenges.If you havent checked them out head on over to the shop HERE

Well this being my 1st what better challenge than to have the theme of

For my card I have used this cute stamp called Jasmin - Winter Skates  from the Christmas collection and you can find it HERE

Image has been coloured with promarkers. I have used some glitter card and some silver grey pearl card. Snowflakes are cuttlebug. The snowflake top header is a fab Joy die from a friend, Green miri card memory box die tree. Lattice die is a spellbinder. Satin white ribbon from Meiflower Clear gems for that extra bling.
So no Dp but I wanted it to give you a wintery feel with lots of sparkle.
Hope you like my card and the camera has shown the glitter it is so hard to take pictures of.

So let me show you my card I have used one of the images from The Paper Shelter and I think she is just adorable in her 1920's outfit they will probably be in fashion again very soon.

This is a large card 8x8inch and ihave used my pens again to colour the image I just love blue and yellow I think it is so Summer. The Bunting paper is from TEA TIME pad think it is either dovecraft or papermania sorry. The Diecuts are all from a Sizzix set such great value. Ribbon from my stash and Memory Box corners. Gems from Mei Flower again. Card from the Papermill.

Schools out for Summer - CRAFT DT CARD

Well here I am again are you feed up with my posts yet hope not as I have a few more to get done today if you are looking for my Divas For Design it is below this one.

Ok well school holidays are apon us here in Manchester which means my nephews require cards for there teachers and this week at CRAFT we have a Inspiration Picture for you and it is perfect for the holidays.

As I needed a few I decided to make 2 for this challenge so hope you will stay with me as this may be a long post so grab a cool drink and have a browse.

So quickly moving onto my 1st card using a Bugaboo image called Beach Duck (lol this went to the Head) I think the eldest thought this might be him this summer that will teach him to drag him on the new ride at Alton Towers on there trip.

I went for the CAS and added a computer generated sentiment.

Good morning the sun is out and we are off school. What have I got for you today another challenge for you that started on Wednesday and this time it is DIVAS BY DESIGN.

Our challenge for you this week is TAGS

yes a nice easy one and as we all like to make our presents look nice what better challenge. But if you fancy going that little further how about using one as part of your card.

I used a tag download from our sponsor. I have got my fingers inky with this one and used lots of ink and sprayed everything. The white snowflakes was done in white and heat embossed with clear ink and then spray added because of the embossing the ink didnt stick to it and i wiped off then added lots and lots of glitter . Some fibres to add some interest and that stunning Joy snowflake die on the edges which I was the lucky one to win at ELAINES .(thanks sweetie )

Good evening a late posting in every way from me. I thought I had posted this and thought that you didnt like my card as I had no comments then I just checked while doing some comments and either blogger had eaten it or something. I have had such a busy weekend with the children school year coming to a close and next week is the final week with something happening each day. Off To The Beach

Good evening well we have the weather for a trip to the BEACH and this is just the challenge theme at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS this week. Yes we would like to see lots of Beach themed creations. So dig out all those lovely stamps and digi images showing happy times.

I have used this cute Elizabeth Bell stamp I received as Birthday present from a friend and the paper is also part of the present. As soon as I opened it I knew that this was the image and papers for this challenge. I made the pinwheel as all little girls need a pin wheel for the sand. Added a button for the centre. The sentiment stamp is one I found in a bargin bucket. Image coloured with my promarkers and I just love this colour combo. The Punch is a M. S which I always think of the sea with this

Happy Sunny Friday - It's Childs Play

Good afternoon wow what a lovely day we are having here in Manchester. The sun is shinning and have done 2 lots of washing the carpet fitter has been and gone my stairs and hall is all finished now and  cant believe how different it looks. I am really pleased with it.

Well it is Friday and that can only mean one thing well 2 weekend is upon us and it is a NEW CHALLENGE AT CRAFTY CATZ. Yes and I do hope that the expected sun will still allow you to come and play with us. As I set theme I am hoping we get lots of entries.

My theme this week is

CHILD'S PLAY

so anything with a child on it made for a child will fit the bill. You now get to enter up to 3 times as we have relaxed the rules slightly.

We are also looking for our next GDT for AUGUST now we will be taking a break in AUGUST too for 2 weeks holiday but that will still leave 3 weeks and we have the challenges set so as soon as we pick our GDT we can give you the challenges. I am hoping with will make things a little easier if you have children off from school.So if you fancy it don't forget to add DT after your name.

So now onto my card I used this fab Karate Kid from our sponsor and boy is this the perfect image for my nephew. Those that read my blog will have seen he has just past one of his belts so this is in readiness for his next one. The sentiment is what his teacher says when he presents the badges and is therefore computer generated. DP is BunnyBo and the ribbon is a heavy fabric similar to his belt a few candy dots coloured with promarkers finishes the card

so onto my card for your inspiration.I have used a freebie from Crafty Sentiments-Harriet coloured with my promarkers

I have used some new papers from a friend for my birthday called Sweet Girl by Echo Park. As soon as I opened it I couldnt wait to use they are stunning bright papers. Crafty Sentiments where giving this image away if you emailed them with a promise to enter their challenge which of course i will be linking up.  Stampin Up ribbon and tiny pearls centres for my punched flowers. The embossing is a butterfly embossing plate from fiskers. I have used a new hat punch in the same paper at the bottom right and trimmed it with a tiny punched flower and pearl and a paper trim. A touch of stickles on the icecream. The colour theme is green/aqua & pink .
