So onto my card I have used this fab digital stamp from our sponsor BUGABOO 'Winter Bird Trio'

I have kept it CAS just colouring the image with my promarkers and matting it with some red card. The sentiment has been matted and a few gems added for a touch of sparkle to go with the touch of glitter on the image. A nice quick card but think it is very effective in this style.

Anything Magnolia at Divas By Design

Good morning isnt the weather nice I am enjoying not wearing jumpers and dont you think the world looks a better place in the Sunshine.

Well I am here to share my DT card for DIVAS BY DESIGN and this week we are having a Magnolia challenge so

I have gone with one of there fabulous stamps the image was sent to me so sorry not sure of the name for this one. Coloured with my Promarkers. I have used Quickcutz frame dies and Cherrylyn dies on this and the background has been coloured with my distress ink . Lace ribbon and pearls the pin was from a friend after admiring hers. Sentiment is a wooden stamp.

Well that my make no design paper just card inks pens and embellishment hope you like. Looking forward to seeing what you make.

Good morning gosh did you have the rain and thunder yesterday evening we did we got a fair few inches of rain guess we wont be having a hose pipe ban at the minute. 

Well I have my 2nd post for this months GDT at Creative Inspirations did you join us last week if so checkout the challenge blog to see if you won. I loved that sketch didnt you. Well this week the challenge has been picked by Kathy and we are going Colourful with the challenge of

Last week I won some images from Art by Miran and I couldnt wait to colour them up.

 The image is called Hey you and I have used my Promarkers again to colour it.

 Isnt she a cutie below is a close up

I have made a shape card with my Quickutz frame die and cut a slightly smaller one of the Dp which is from Kate Knight. Oh these are the colours of summer sure enough. I used my Xcut ovals for the image and some wide pink organza ribbon which I twisted in the middle behind the image so it would lie better on the card. Th swirl flower die is actually 2 bow dies with the tails cut off and layered with a nice big gem for the centre. A small happy birthday stamp cut with my labels die and we are all done.

Well I hope this wasnt too bright for your eyes and hope that you can join in the challenge.

I have coloured the image with promarkers and diecut the image sentiment which comes with the image. I have diecut the letters and added gems for that pop. I have added some black cord which echoed the cord from the telephone. The flower has been coloured with my promarkers and is made of paper clay. The Dp is Bo Bunny Ad Lib Collection

Hope you like and I am sure if you dont have a Dad with you then there is a Male that you could send a card to maybe a stock Male card for those occasions that crop up.

Hi have you had a good day. I have had a horrid 24 hours everything i touched went so wrong and to top it off my phone slipped out of my bag down the chair in the car and when we opened the door slipped out with noticing. To which the next car that came along ran over it So rush to shops and thankfully my contract was due for renewal so now have a new phone om it is so different and having to learn all over again. So i am a day behind with my DT work  so some catching up this weekend.

Well if you visited my blog yesterday I said i had a GDT spot well as you can see it is CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS. I receive a email from the lovely Natalie asking if i would like to guest took all of a nano second to say yes. Creative was my first DT so it is so nice to be back for the month of June.

I have coloured the image with my promarkers and used raspberry distress inks to do the shading round the image. I have made the flowers with a circle punch and a marianne die. Well today i am here to show you my little clock I made for the CRAFTY SENTIMENTS - ANYTHING GOES challenge starting today. Ok all the details are over now my turn to share some picture

and a close up of the 2 stamps I love Flowers & Taking Pictures dont they work well together

I got a one of those clocks from those pound type shops and dismantled it tip check it works before doing all the hard work. Long story but think you can guess. I then used Acrylic paints , deylusions inks, mica, and touches of distressed ink in various layers. Did you know if you heat acrylic paint it bubbles for a distress feel. The picture was coloured with my promarkers and distressed inks and some chalk. I coloured some peel off numbers and added some gems for the points on the clock. Glued the picture inside the clock and re assembled the clock. I took the picture before the glass from was placed back as it made it easier to get a better picture of the stamps.

Well something a little different for me than a card and i must say did enjoy doing and might have another go at one. What do you think would love to kno-w. This will be winging its way to a little birthday girl in the next few days hope she likes.

Good afternoon from a warm sunny Manchester washer on again for the thrid time i am making the most of it the washing line is straining under the weight hope it doesnt give out. Anyone would think i hadnt washed n ages only 2 of us. Well beds stripped and some summer clothes not worn have been washed to freshen up. Please dont tell me it is rain tomorrow.

So onto my card I have used A RADOM FAN digi I won some time back and it is a birthday card for my son's girlfriends son which I didnt get to show on his birthday so here it is

I die cut his name and his mum thought it was him to a Tee. The image has been coloured with promarkers. DP is from a very old pad and the ribbon is from stash too. The Star Flourish is a Joanna sheen one along with the banner.

Magnolia Time at Divas By Design

Hi folks yes me again if you are looking for the Sami Stamps new Release it is below this one.

Well I am here with my DT card for DIVAS BY DESIGN which started a little late as our lovely boss was a wee bit poorly but back to health now and challenge is up and running. So I will get quickly onto it.

So we of course want to see you use your Magnolias this week,

 other than that you can create whatever you like!

Now I dont get my Tildas out often so what better excuse than this and this is what I made and in a vintage style which i don't do often either

The die cut header is a wedding die from from Crafty sentiments and the base layers are Quickutz. The Dp is from a freebie pad in  a mag from last year i so love these papers. All flowers are Wild Orchid. 2 layers of lace in lilac and white lots of pearls, a heart embellishment with pearl from stash. Fancy Pin made by a friend just love them and hate using cause when they are gone they are gone. Tilda  coloured with Promarkers and cut out then mounted on to a spellbinders fancy oval which has been embossed and coloured lightly with distressed ink then mounted on another of the ovals, behind these are 2 dollies coloured with distressed inks. The butterfly is Martha Stuart. Layout is a sketch from Sketch N Stash hope you can see under all the embellishments.

I picked this fab image called SHOULDER RIDE

I am sure we have all been carried by our Dad like this when we where young.

My card is a large 8x8 inch. I have matted it with Silver Mirri and Navy and Light Blue Card. I have coloured the image with my Promarkers and i printed it out twice and cut the top one out and layered it for some height.The background has been coloured with distress inks and chalk. The fence is a Crafty Sentiments Die. The sentiment is a Pink Petticoat. Dp is from stash and a few gems to finish

Hope you like my card I will be giving this to my Dad as it brings back memories of days long gone.

Wet or Dry Just Emboss at Crafty catz

Good afternoon I am here and yes it is Friday and on time well with the day anyway. Today we start a new challenge at CRAFTY CATZ and this week we have a easy one for you all. 

EMBOSSING

For my card i have used a fab image from their store called Fae 19 coloured with my promarkers

The backing paper is from my stash and sorry it is a loose sheet so not sure whos it is. I have used a embossing folder on the lilac card and the frame behind the image is a spellbinders and is white embossed vellum. The purple flowers, swirl and butterfly are all paper clay using various molds. Pink and white lace from a local shop and string of pearls cut is again from stash. Wings on the image is glittered and the large die cut shapes are accucut dies

Well I hope you like my little card it isnt the card i set out to make but think ended not too badly. What do you think would love to know.
