Birthday Candle Glow

Good evening a quick post from me this evening. 

I recently purchased some images from From The Heart Stamps and saw that they have a fab sketch.

So this is my card using the sketch for the weekly challenge and this fun image called Birthday Candle Bird Brain. This bird just cracks me up.

I have coloured the image with promarkers and Graphit pens.

Used a cuttle bug embossing folder and the Dp is from my stash. Few gems to finish and the sentiment came with the stamp.

 I didn't want to go down the Blues colour theme so went with a nice warm Red and the Blues.

Snowball Fight - Craft Christmas Challenge

Busting Tricks with Stitches at Digi Choosday

Good morning well it is a little warm today did you see any of the snow this weekend. Well it didnt stay around for long so didnt cause too much problems on the roads.

Well it is Tuesday and and what do we have for you to play with at Digi Choosday.

STITCHING

ok now this can be real of even faux as long as we can see some on your project.

 For my card I have used faux stitching and real stitching on the ribbon. 

My card feature The Skateboarder and paper from Work & Play 11 which is available HERE. I kept it very simple with just 1 one paper with stitching round the edge and the sentiment Busting Tricks I printed onto of the paper and then faux stitched the wording. I think this made it pop a little and also mirroed the ribbon. The ribbon is stitched. Fussy cut my image and placed on foam pads.
The image was coloured with a mix of promarkers and graphit pens.
Well a simple card which i think fits with most lads dont you.

so onto my card which i am sure will ring some truth to a few people. 

Are you a morning person or not

I have coloured this with my promarkers and used distressed ink for shading on the edges.

Flowers are made with punch and also the leaves.

The shape has been cut with a Quickutz die. i thought the shape reminded me of an alarm clock

I have used an embossing folder on the pearlised cream card and matted onto brown card.

Organza  Ribbon and liquid pearls to finish
