No patterned paper optional twist at Crafty Catz

Good morning wow another week has past and we are getting ever near to Christmas. Have you done your Christmas shopping or even started. I havent.

I have made a good dent into my Christmas cards though.

I made this for my nephew who is football mad.

Coloured the image with my promarkers

The football backing is actually a football stamp which i masked and stamped in various colours of black and red then heat embossed.

Used a Tattered lace embossing folder and some red ribbon.

Dies are My Favorite things letters & Numbers.

 which i have added dashes in black pen for detail

Twine to string them together.

Well tht my card and he was pleased with it of course it was in his fave colours.

Ihave fussy cut him and coloured him with Promarkers

Stamped sentiment is a Inkadinkadoo

Tonic silver glitter round the edge done with double sided tape and give a rub and it really sticks.

Dies are Memory box , whimsey and stitched curved edge die

Added some distressed ink on the deers in the background

Dp is from a very very old pad.

Beccy's Place Challenge - A tall Christmas

Well I had this cutie in my files for a good while and decided he would make a fab DL card. So off I printed and coloured him up.

the DL is very slim just like Merle (oh thats his name and you can find him HERE)

Well I think I like making these DL cards you can use up some nice papers  as they are very slim.

Happy Halloween

Good morning are you all ready for Halloween. 

I have my sweets bought and love watching the little ones come round although the lads are getting a little big round here so wondering what we will get.

I thought i would share this card I sent to Betty Roberts when she moved into here house. She  gave us a image to colour and as her fave time of the Year is halloween and anyone that know Betty from Simply B Stamps will know how much she love it.

I coloured the image Arachnia-Ana- with promarkers and fussy cut out. 

sentiment came with image

Embossed the black card with fiskers spiders web and the went over with some gliding wax.

Added some cheesecloth and a hand drawn spider which was done on shrink plasic

Matted and layers the card.

I didnt think it needed to be too fussy as i just love the image.

Well hope you like.

This is now living in California with lots of other halloween cards.
