Crafty Sentiments New Release Sneak peeps Little Polly

Good morning I have a very busy day posting today. This will be my 2nd post and if you are looking for my GDT for Polkadoodles it is below this one.

Today see the start of our sneak ppeos of the new stamps from CRAFTY SENTIMENTS. They will be in the shop on the 23rd. Wow we have a lot of them for you this time. You will be able to see them on the INSPIRATIONAL blog where our new GDT and our teamies are showing some amazing sample.

So onto mine I have the cute Little Polly  - Dear Friend stamps to show you.

I have made a corner book mark

I just love these as the slip onto the corner and dont damage your page. I have kept it fairly flat so that it will lie within the pages. You can find a tutorial on how to make these at SPLITCOAST STAMPERS. They are very easy and mine was a 5inch square. 

I have coloured my image with my promarkers and some Graphit markers.

DP are all oddments. Some satin ribbon and some coloured pearls for the mulbury flower centres. The tree is a Sizzlet stamp/die set which a very good and kind friend sent me for my birthday.

SO Exciting - I Framed It - Polkadoodles GDT

Good morning I am so thrilled to be bringing you this post. I saw that Nikki from Polkadoodles was looking for some GDT so I just had to email her. OMG she said yes. So this is my first post as a GDT for Polkadoodles and I have a Badge. Can you tell I am chuffed.

Well a new challenge starts today at Polkadoodles Challenge Blog and will run for 2 weeks so lots of time to come and join us. The challenge this time is

 FRAME IT.

Now you dont have to use a picture frame. Need some inspiration then you wont go far wrong than checking out the challenge blog samples by the wonderful and talented girls.

So let me share with you my sample for this challenge. It is a chipboard Circle Ring. I got 2 of them from our craft fayre and this is the smaller one. 

I have used the Gamekeeper from Work and Play 10 -Country Life
which you can find in the shop here.

 Dont forget to checkout the discounts at the challenge blogs and also the shop. 

The sentiment is one of the freebies in the shop too.

I coloured him with my promarkers. Added some clouds and trees with distressed inks.

The chipboard ring was first Mod podged. Then painted with acrylic paint in blue the green paint added for the foliage. the tree is a Sizzlet set which is a stamp and die set(a birthday present from a friend). The fence is a Crafty sentiments and the Briar folage is a tonic.

I do hope you like my first GDT project and I am looking forward to my next.

With fathers Day round the corner I have made a card for a Cricket mad dad.

The stamp sis called Billy the Cricketer and can be purchased from the shop.

I have used my promarkers to colour him and the dp is Dove crafts - Masculine a old pad from a few years back. I have used a Kraft base card and all layers are matted with Kraft card too. Lili of the valley sentiment stamp to finish off.

Christmas in June - Craft DT- How to take a Selfie

Happy Thursday from a sunny manchester make the most as the weather is set to be dull and cool next weeks folks. Well here in good old North west.
