Craft DT Challenge - Autumn/Halloween/Thanksgiving/Bonfire Night

Good evening have you seen we have a fab new challenge starting today at CRAFT.

Our theme this week is 

Autumn/Halloween/Thanksgiving/Bonfire Night

So lots of scope there and you can make anything to do with these occassions.

well i have used a image from Imagine That and papers from Imagine that too.

I used a pre coloured image and the sentiment came with it. The image is called 'Ted and Trudy's Wagon'. The papers are called Gertie Goose Fall  & Winter Digi Papers'

Well I think they are heading off to a party that wagon looks full of goodies doesnt it.

Good morning so very sorry I got stuck at school and thought I had scheduled this. Not the best start.

A little back I won at  I ♥ ProMarkers challenge and I was asked if i would Like to be Octobers GDT wow how kind of theme. Of Course i said Yes!

So here is my first GDT

The theme this week is ANYTHING BUT A CARD

Wow would love to win these goodies. So let me share with you my little bag.

I picked up this lovely Red bag at a local shop as I loved the red and the snowflakes but thought it just needed making into something special.

I matted some lovely Pearlised white card onto some Silver Glitter card. I vcut layers of the card with my Clearly Besotted Tree Line and my Memory Box Stitched Evergreen Tree Dies to create the landscape. Added some torn vellum for the ice and a Crafty Sentiment fence die. Added some Fluffy stuff for the snow. Now the image which has been coloured with my Promarkers is from Polkadoodles and is  Hollybob Skater and you can purchase her as a digi or in the Holly Jolly CD.

Well I enjoyed making this little bag look a little special and will be putting it to one side ready to add a little present.

Digi Choosday Challenge - Feeling Cold Ice & Snow- Concertina Fold Card

Good morning another Tuesday nearer to Christmas and you never know we might get a White Christmas. That said I am here with another DT card for Digi Choosday and this week our challenge is Feeling Cold Ice & Snow

So lets see lots of Snowy and Icey creations.

So here is my card this was actually one of my samples 

for the Oddella Frosted Winter Cd show on Create & Craft.

Well today I am bringing you a Concertina Fold Card using Octivia Frosted Winter CD. Dont you just love this CD for all those Frosty images. 

This  has 2 pre coloured images on it The Ice Palace which has lots of added 3d gloss and also Hot Chocolate to keep you warm. The sentiment is also from the CD. All these can be purchased from the shop HERE. I have finished the card off with some embossing and Silver Organza Ribbon. The snowflake die is memory box.

Fairies & Fantasy at Crafty Catz with Morgans Art World & GDT CALL

Good morning hope your well and i see the Sun is starting to peep through the fog. Looks like another nice day. Sorry i have been missing I have been suffering with a bad neck and shoulders so was told to stop my Crafting and computer. OMG thankfully I had to do some sorting to get ready for my New Boiler or I would have gone mad. A days sorting took me a week.

Well enough of my  Woes let me share with you this weeks challenge at Crafty Catz.

So quickly onto my card using a wonderful image called Angel wings

I have kept my card very CAS with just a few Pearls and some yummy ribbon.

Time for Something New - Digi Choosday

Good morning hope your all well. I am getting ready for my new boiler to be fitted tomorrow so busy day clearing stuff for the work men fingers, crossed it goes well.

Well today we would like to see NEW THINGS at Digi Chooseday. 

Before I go any further please do take advantage of the amazing Saving  that is on the challenge blog but only for today for the store.

Well what else could I show you other than the amazing new CD Octivia Frosted Winter. How ever my new thing is the technique Altering this frame. 

This is the frame before i started

I have used Chalk paint doing several layers and then rubbing Copper Gliding Wax on the raised edges to give a old feel. This was a very cheap white plastic frame. All this is to enhance this wonderful scene that I printed from the CD which you can purchase from the store HERE.

I so enjoyed doing this and think I will have to go buy another as this was sent to Nikky for one of the samples for the Create & Craft TV show. Think this is my crafty bargin for the month.

I have used this little Farmer from Polkadoodles Work & Play 10 available HERE

He is colored with my new Lyra Rembandt Polycolor pencils. The papers are also from the CD.

Added some ribbon from stash and a button with some twine. The trees have been cut out of some dark Kraft card with a new die.

Polkadoodles challenge Favorite Card Shape

Good morning and Happy Friday 2 posts from me today a busy one. So on with the first that being a new challenge at Polkadoodles. So what do with have for you this fortnight.

YOUR FAVORITE CARD SHAPE

Now I dont do many card shapes tend to stick with the usual Square but I do have a few card shapes I like to do for special cards. So I am sharing one of those.

A Stepper Card

 I just love these but do struggle with the measurements . 
My card features the fabulous CD - Octavia Frosted Winter. 
Oh the detail on this CD the papers and embellishments and images are just awesome. You can find the cd/download in the shop HERE. I have coloured this with my Promarker Pens and used lots of embellishments and sentiment from the CD. A dies used are a Xcut doily and Memory Box fence. Adding some glitter and nice big mesh bow to finish.
Now i do wonder what is your favorite shape card cant wait to see.
