Colour Theme at CRAFTY CATZ

Good morning hope your well. The sun is peeping here and i have my washer on so fingers crossed i can get it on the line before we get some showers.

Now I am here today to share with you the NEW challenge at CRAFTY CATZ. This week the lovely and talented Nina is our host and she has set a Colour challenge for you. Are you up to it slet us see come share your work with us.

Sentiment is a old clear stamp from the papermill many moons ago.

Challenge #22 - Julia Spiri Stamps - ANYTHING GOES (twist at the beach / In the Sea)

Good morning well my blog seems to be like a busstop non for ages then 2 come along .

Today is a new challenge at JULIA SPIRI STAMPS CHALLENGE

and as alway the challenge is

ANYTHING GOES 

now we have a twist for you but this is optional

At the beach or in the Sea

as always we would love you to us one of Julia's images but we do allow you to play along with any make. So no excuse not to join us

Foe my project I have made a Wall Hanger using Oceania Mermaid available from the shop HERE

here is a close up of the image

I have coloured the image with my Promarkers 

 background has been done with distressed inks

The base is covered with Glitter card and some Pink Spiders Web. 

Flowers Ferns and letters are all made with Paper clay. 

Added Cheesecloth and gems.

Crocheted a chain for the cord with some parcel string

Well hope you like something a little different for me but I enjoyed making it.

Now it is your turn we cant wait to see what you are doing. remember the twist is optional and the challenge is ANYTHING GOES and you can even use others images although we really would like you to use Julias.

Well I got so carried away with this image I coloured her up before I even gave a thought for the challenge then had a panic over my papers. I found a small pad that came with a mag and just thought they worked. What do you think. This might be something i will need for our next challenge but Mums the word I havent given you any hints.

My enbellishments are the gems on the butterfly and also the Red spotted ribbon to match her out fit.

Ice Cream Trea Stamp of the month

Wow what happened to June. I am here just quickly to share my card using this months stamp at From The Heart Stamps.

This is a progressive challenge that they run and if you havent joined in then you can either buy the stamp or if you spend $10 then you can get it for free. Then as long as you enter each month you will receive the following months stamp free.

Well this month is a Ice Cream Line Up set and is available in the shop if you have missed it.

So here is my card using just one of the Ice creams and a sentiment that I think is just spot on for those on a diet. Hope you like.
