oops no sale ladies

Well as i said in my previous post fingers crossed well they must have slipped as the buyers having already knocked us down from 154k to 140k which is the cheapest on the road by miles and having already had sereaches and a surveyor and the morgage ok'd now want us to knock another 15k off the price. Ex has kindly told them what to do with their money. OMG will this dam house ever sell and i can then move on. Been nearly 4 years since we divorced.

Chances are that the buyers are taking the p** hun because they know you need to sell. I did 25 years working in residential property (I started work when I was 8) and it was a very common thing in matrimonial sales for the estate agents to encourage the buyers to try it on because they knew most couples were anxious to sell and get rid. Hang in there if you can cope with it - the right person will come along, I promise. Hugs, Squirrel xx

So sorry to here you've been let down again, they are definately taking the mickey. I think it best not make your position known to buyers.
Something better will come along I'm sure.
Stay positive Ann x

A lot of people are like that, very aggressive in trying to hose the seller and get themselves a deal. I have no idea what the housing market is like in your homeland, but out here it is crap, sellers are encouraged to work with ANY offer rather than run the risk of the house sitting for months and months and months with no offers of purchase. I would work with them, not no 15K but maybe 2K and a flooring allowance or something like that? Real estate is very stressful.
Hope things brighten up for you soon!!
