Crafty catz Challenge - Anything Goes - Clove Close & Gardens

Good morning from a sunny Manchester after all that rain which is still draining off the roads and field we have some sunshine.
Well today i am bring you a new card for my dt post at Crafty catz and this week it is my turn to pick our optional theme.
Well as i am in the thick of trying to get some Christmas cards done but with our expected postal strike for whole of December might not even get to people. It has to be CHRISTMAS
so if you are finished with yours just come along and share what your up to as the main theme is ANYTHING GOES

We all got to pick a image from her shop which I urge you to go and have a look at all her wonderful whimsy images and collections.
So my card features Clove Close & Garden
which isnt a Christmas but I thought I would make it into one.

Image coloured with proarkers
backing done with distressed inks
stamped some tiny hero snowflakes and white embossed them. then stamped some more in baby blue.
Snippets of DP from my old stash
Frantage embossing powder for the snow on the ground
2 lots of ribbon from Crafty Ribbons
Memory box snowflake die
Some doodling round the edge of the image.

GOgeous! LOve how you've made them into individual coloured houses, with the pop of red and cute yellow doors. I've some of the Frantage powder will try it for snow brilliant idea.

Oh its so fun Sue, all the pretty coloured homes look sweet, a slight touch of Balamory..love it..
Didn't know they were to strike for the whole of December, best ask my lovely postie, Ian, he will hopefully give me the 'gen', told him they should do a go slow but looks like a stike is on the cards...xxxxx

Your card is fabulous Aunty Sue, I love all the bright, festive colours. The large snowflake swag along the top of the card is awesome and I like all the addition snowflakes you embossed as well. Fabulous!
