I have printed the image large and just used a odd strip of DP from stash which has glitter on the flowers.

Sentiment stamp is a Whimsy old rubber
Some doodling on the Smile with a white pen and some on her pinny
This will be winging its way to my niece shortly for her 3rd Birthday good that the image had 3 candles

What a pretty card! Your colouring is amazing Aunty Sue, and the pink and brown colour combination is gorgeous... one of my favourites. I love the way you've layered the die cut word over part of the image, and the sentiment medallion is fantastic. Love it!
