For my card i have made a baby Card as my Baby cards are a little low and I havent got a Little Girl one in my stock.

Glitter on the middle balloon
Few die cut clouds and the sentiment is a diecut
Some twine and gems to finish
Dp is from my stash from way back
Clouds done with Shimmer chalks
