Happy Sunday everyone how you doing. Are you looking for a challenge well we have a fab one at DREAM VALLEY this time.

 STEAMPUNK

This is not something I do often so this was a challenge but did enjoy it.

We had an amazing number of entries last time for our Diecuts & punches and wow did I have fun trying to narrow it down to 3 so if it isnt your please forgive me as my top three could have been top 30

I have coloured the image of the fairy and the clocks with my promarkers and have coloured the bird which is chipboard with them too. I have used distressed inks to shade the DP which is a download from Tiddlyinks as is the the fairy. The clocks are from Make it crafty digi. I have used Black and matalic grey card to mat and layer and the base card. Metal paperclip with a butterfly charm. Grey sheer ribbon.  Memory box die and doily coloured with distressed inks.

For my card for this challenge I used a old Sugar Nellie stamp that I just love colouring and is one of my fave Sugar Nellies. It is by Elizabeth Bell called Daisy isnt she cute

I have coloured her with my promarkers and used my M.S. rounder the corner punches, Nesties for the image and a Memorybox die for the corner. The DP is from a very old Papermania pad. I am trying very hard to use some of my old papers and not just grabbing the new struff i am sure i am not the only one that has loads of old papers that never see light of day.

Summer Has arrived

I have used a image kindly given by our sponsor for my card.  Coloured it with my Promarkers. The DP is from a freebie pad called Summer. Sentiment was a found in a bargin bin last year and I have added a centre from papermania. Few gems to finish and of course there has to be a stripe of lace ribbon below the image.

Dream Valley #35 - Things with Wings- Mountain Fairy

Good evening or is it morning have you all had a good day. The sun appeared today although we still had a little rain but all in all it has been a good day. Well Sunday has come round again and gosh the fortnight has past so quick. Lots of special guys out there receiving some fab cards according to our last challenge.

For my card for your inspiration I have used this cute image from Wee Stamps called Mountain Fairy. I have coloured her with my Promarkers and added some Distress Inks to the surrounding areas. I have also used some glitter for the wings.

 The layout is from Sketch Saturday, Ribbon from Hobby Craft. Die cut is from a friend, Buttons from stash and tiny butterflies are a punch I have had since the year dot. Dp is from Dovecraft Love Letters and also GCD Rose coloured glasses.

That Special Guy at Dream Valley

Oh I am sorry this is late thought I had scheduled this but seems either blogger is being naughty or my grey cells are not working.

Well for my card i used a WOJ stamp called Oakley and coloured with my promarkers. The card is for my Nephew gosh were has the time gone seems two minutes ago i was pushing him in his pram.

Used his fave colours and he has a red scooter for his birthday. DP are from stash and star gems are from local shop along with the red ribbon. The thin blue ribbon is off a top I bought a white ago this little bits that keep the item on the hanger.  memory box die and brad. Computer generated sentiment.

I used the colours Red White & Blue for this card and also made this for my Brother. DP is from my stash and the gems are from QVC in a decoupage kit. The sentiments came with the image and hope you can see the inside sentiment. White satin ribbon is from Mia flower. image coloured again with my promarkers. Touch of 3d gloss on the glasses

Good afternoon and welcome to another DT creation for DREAM VALLEY. Gosh that fortnight went quick and we had an amazing number of entries and I was blown away by the talent.

Ok here is my card for your inspiration
I have kept it clean lines and as you can see this is for a special birthday and has a modern feel too it

Image is coloured with Promarkers and is by Bugaboo. DP is born to shop, Touch of ribbon just love this how the edges are satin and the middle you can still see the image. The die cuts are from a friend and I believe are Nellie Sheldon. Large 21st Peel off in Silver and computer generated sentiment which I saw on anothe blog but fitted this perfectly. This card I made for my neice gosh only seems five minutes since she was a toddler. Think I am getting old. Tee Hee

A Diary For A Special Lady

It's All About Weddings & Love at Dream Valley

Good Afternoon hope you are having a good Sunday and didnt get tricked by the April Foll Jokes.

For my card I used the Bride and Groom from Whiff of Joy coloured with my Promarkers. Be aware there are lots of pictures to follow.
I didn't use any DP for this but embossed my white card with a Fiskers heart folder. Used a Memory Box dies for the corners and the railings. Some white lace and ribbon. Pearls to finish. Sentiment is a lili of the valley clear stamp. (thanks christine for the lace and railings)
