Crafty Catz Does Bookmarks

Morning good to be back with you all and are you ready for the weekend hope the weather is nice to us. Since I moved into my new house it has rained and rained and i couldnt believe my ears i heard that there may still be a hose pipe ban in some areas well they can have our rain for a little.

Well enough of my chat what have i got for you today. Today being Friday is time for another challenge at Crafty Catz and this week it is another of our new team mates Bridget andshe has choosen BOOKMARKS. Well onto my bookmark I used a lovely stamp set my friend sent me which was perfect for this project. I made a corner bookmark which was very easy to make just a square with the top corners turned down. Added a few pearls and touch of glitter and of course coloured it with my promarkers. The ribbon was from my stash just a little i had left. I do think these projects are great for using up those odd little bits you have left.

Morning hope you are well and ready for another challenge over at Creative Inspirations. This week Natlie asked me to pick a theme and with Fathers Day just around the corner I thought why not have a card for the men/man in your life.

I have made this for my Dad and hope you like. The image is a Fizzy Moon which I coloured with promarkers and some glitter pens. Added a few gold stars cause that is what he is a star. The backing paper is from my stash and the circles are foiled in gold and silver. I used my nestie forr the circle and the square which embossed with a cuttlebug folder.

I AM BACK

Hi folks hope you havent missed me too much. Now in my new home although lots of unpacking and jobs to do. Amazing what you dont find out when you are looking until you move in like taps broken etc. Oh well.

My card I have used a Sarah kaye stamp which I just adore. Coloured with my promarkers. I have used my cuttlebug folder birds & swirls for the cream pearlised card from the papermill.. Flowers from stash ,pearl centres & on the corners. Lace bow and lace running down the side completes my card.

Good evening hope you are all having a fab day and wasn't blogger naughty yesterday but then it was Friday the 13th. I am still waiting for my buyers to agree the date for my move hope i hear something on Monday cause my son has 4 days booked for it starting Thursday and removals booked for Friday. Strange they are not replying as they wanted the 13th but couldn't get removals and bits sorted in 4 days.
Anyway enough of my problems but if i disappear you know I have moved however on a good note I won the Strawberry Molly Bloom Kit over at The Ribbon Girls. I contacted them 1 day and the next day it arrived how good is that. Well as I didn't expect them to ship so soon I had it delivered to my friend Tilly who kindly delivered same day along with a yummy cheesecake. So had to play with it would have been rude not too and good to get rid of some stress. As my stuff is all packed in boxes and not wanting to get it all out I have used my goodies and scraps of papers so keeping it bit simple hope you like. I have paper pieced the dress and hat and boots and 3d glossed it all. I coloured the image with some pencils and permanent markers i was using to label my boxes. Papers as I said scraps and the strawberry charm I coloured with the marker good tip from Tilly. Stamp and ribbons and charm can all be bought from The Ribbon Girls along with lots more.

My card this week features a Penny Black image coloured with promarkers .

I made this for my neice hope she likes it.

I have used paper from the pad the big one from papermania and the black is a fab sparkle pad which came from the Craft Fayre. Used my M.S punch and added some pink sheer ribbon and some pearl brads. I have decorated the inside to match.

My card I have made a baby card for a good friend who has just become a Grandma again. The image was sent to me and and isnt it a fab one. I have used some old papermania paper and some vellum which I ran through my big shot with my cuttlebug folder dots. The inside I kept fairly simple with a mulbury pram diecute and a little baby top and hanger. Silver peel off to finish. Not sure about the rest of you but in my clearing and packing found soo many peel offs which I have never used. Below are pictures for the front and then the inside. Ok you know that.

Morning or is it afternoon from a Raining Manchester. Sorry my DT card was late thought I had scheduled it but didnt grey cells not working. Hope you are all well and yesterday saw another fab challenge at CRAFTY CATZ and this week it was Carol's turn to pick our challenge. Wow what a challenge QUOTE/SENTIMENT. Yes we would like to see either a quote or sentiment on your card so dig out those stamps or even generate one on your computer. Cant wait to see what you come up with. For my card I found this image stamped by a friend in my box and coloured her with my promarkers. The sentiment guess discribes me to a tee at the moment will be glad when I have moved trying to sort date and get help is not a easy thing with some working week days and others weekends and not allowed time off. Grrrrr never again. (I hope)

Papers is from my stash and flowers are mixture from hobbycraft and leigh craft fayre. Few clear gems and touch of lace and satin ribbon finishes.

My card I have made for a friend who is Celebrating her Wedding Aniversary she will have it now so I can show. Just love these cute pair in their sailing boat with their glasses full. I have used my cuttlebug hearts folder and a red ribbon with hearts on. Silver embellishments wire wording and silver hearts. White flowers with red heart buttons. Few pink pearl stones. I have also decorated the inside with diecut bottle and glasses. Lastly a silver peel off with the word Congratulations.

My card this week I have used a digi image from Mo Manning which I had pre printed from before my printer packed in. So just had to colour it up for this theme. Just look at the face the cat is pulling poor thing. Paper is from Making Memories pad I think. lol. really must keep the front on these pads. Die cut flowers , gems and dottie ribbon from stash. Oh the image was cut out with my scallop nestie. The inside is decorated to match but wont bore you with the picture. M.S deep fan punch for the scallop bottom. Well think that is it. My card this week I used a Penny Black image I had sent to me from a friend a while back. Don't they look cute in the wheel barrow. I coloured with my promarkers and used my distressed inks on the edge of the image. The butterfly is a material one that has lovely velvet feel to the wings. Some green pearl for the corners and of course a M.S punch had to be used.
