Well thats my card If you are going to try this fold I would suggest you use either thin card or a heavy weight DP as the folds dont like the thich card it doesnt lie straight

Fantasy Challenge at CRAFT

Good morning and time for a new challenge at CRAFT.

This weeks challenge is Fantasy

So lets see what you come up with I am expecting lots of Fairies.

So before you head on over to the challenge blog to checkout the amazing samples here is my card using this amazing image from Scrappers Delight called Moonlight Serenade

Image has been coloured with promarkers and the background has been done with ink and chalk. 

The edges of the image has been embossed with embossing powder.

 I have also used the same powder on the diecut wording and also the chipboard which was part of my birthday present from a dear friend. 

Wild orchid flowers tinted with Distressed ink and glittered embossing powder heated onto them for a vintage feel. Lace from stash and pearls and gems.

Hope you like wasnt sure what sentiment to add so just added wonderful as he looks like that is how he feels.

GDT for Digital Delights - Meet Snowy Slippy & Furry

Good morning i am here with an extra post as I was asked if i would like to be GDT at Digital Delights for there September post. When there is a month with 5 Thursdays they have a GDT week and so as September is one of the months I got to play.

So i got to pick a image from there shop and i fell in love with this cutie

I have coloured the image with promarkers and added some funky stuff to the snow lettering and also the trees. Which are a Marianne die and then run through a ribbler.

Other dies are Simon says and Memory box.

Dp is Dovecraft and Blue Glitter card. There is some gold mess ribbon which looks like flakes of gold glitter snow.

GDT CALL

Good morning from a damp Manchester!

No card for me today just been to the dentist omg my blood pressure isnt good need a strong brew.

Ok I am here to tell you about a Gdt call at Crafty Catz

now this job isnt rocket science so anyone not having worked on a DT is more than welcome to apply . we all have to start somewhere. Also those that are on Design Team we would love you to apply to.

Term is for 3 months starting 1st Friday in October and runs to the end of the year.

We close for Christmas and you can always work ahead a few weeks.

We like you to use our sponsors images which are kindly supplied.

Linking to their shop in your post.

We ask that you leave a comment on 1 entry in 10 but you are welcome to do more if you wish.

You will be invited to the team blog so you will be working as a full member as we do and that way we get to know more about you and visa versa.

Crafty catz challenge #339 ANYTHING GOES ...... & GDT CALL

Good morning hope your well we have a little sunshine today so fingers crossed it is fine where you are.

Friday can only mean that i have another challenge DT card to share with you.

Crafty Catz challenge is ALWAYS ANYTHING GOES but we have a optional twist for those that like a challenge set and this week it is

So here is my card using Catching Snowflakes

and a close up of the image so you can see the glitter on her dress

I have coloured the image with promarkers and added white glitter to the dress and wings.

The base card has been stamped with various snowflakes stamps and heat embossed with clear, & white glitter embossing powder.

Pink satin card and Spellbinders die for the image. 

Some Pink dotted ribbon and pearls to finish a simple winter/ Christmas card.

I do think this could be used as a Winter birthday image too. What do you think.
