Crafty Sentiments - Lees card

Hi just a quick card i would like to share with you tonight. This is for nephew Lee the image from Pollycraft " Ronnie" and the layout is from Crafty Sentiments. It's this a great image. Papers from my stash and coloured with my promarkers. Sentiment is from a papermania sheet of little stamps.

I am also entering this into the Allsorts challenge as their theme this week is Animals think Ronnie is a animal of sorts. lol

Creative Inspirations Easel challenge

Hi hope you are all having a good week. I love this time of year all the cherry bloosom trees are in flower on our road and it is just the best. Shame it doesnt last long then it looks like pink confetti and kids are out playing with it.

Image is a Penny Black which a very good and kind friend and team mate sent me isnt it such a cute image. Papers are from my stash and flowers ( large) from Hobby Craft. Sentiment is Papermania and the punch is a stampin up one which I used my distressed inks on to give it a bit of colour. Ribbon is papermania. Small flowers are off ebay. I made this for another friend who's birthday was on the 26th. Happy Birthday Tilly. Thankfully she loved it. I have taken a few picture as these are always tricky to picture.

Digi Stamp Boutique - Fifi with flowers

Well a quick post for me today as my gardening is calling. I made this for neice's birthday today. Gosh how quick time flys seems like last month since it was january.

Well the image is Fifi with flowers and she was very quick to colour and a delight. Papers are from my stash and the pink paper has had a martha stewart punch treatment. Used my promarkers for the image and distressed inks for the background. Sorry the picture isnt great had to take it with my phone as i had to wait till she opened it. daff me forgot in the rush.

Well good morning the sky is clear here with the exception of 1 vapor trail fingers crossed that they get the planes back up and down safely.

Well onto my card I have used this fab stamp by Sarah Kaye Garderner, which I got recently isnt it the cutest. Coloured with my promarkers and the circle is actually from a easter egg box which i cut with my nesties. The rest of my papers are K&Co and Papermania. Few buttons from my stash. The sentiment is from a small set which I got with a Mag a last year. I could have done with this chap yesterday when i was doing my back garden.

Altered Cd - Creative Inspirations Challenge

Hi peeps hope you are all well lots of people complaining about not getting on the Docraft forum hope they get it sorted very soon.. I noticed thanks to Coops that if you have a space between your name as i do then you have to miss it out and 2nd name in lower letters.

Well enough of Docrafts onto this weeks amazing challenge set by Natalie she likes to keep us on our toes and this one did. Altered CD well as i hadnt tried one of these was abit apprehencive but when i got going really enjoyed it. There are lots of tutorials on U tube but you can incorperate it into your project or do a hanging one as i did. Cant wait to see what you all come up with.

Our team have come up with some more amazing and completely different ideas so befor starting i would say pop on over and check them out. Also go to their blogs as there will be more pictures i am sure and show them some love.

Well mine i covered my cd and used my distressed inks and then some glitter and then with a waterproof ink I stamped theses fairies. Added some glitter flower ribbon round the edge and a satin bow hanger. I hope you like this and i think i will make some more very soon.

Happy Tilda does many challenges

Well this is my 2nd card today and i have managed to make it fit a fair few challenges which makes life a little easier as i have missed doing the challenges for a few weeks.
The Stamp is one i received from Kimmi when she did a challenge on docrafts to produce a card with your fave image or stamp at the time. Wow I won which i was very pleased as i got to choose the stamp too. As i hadnt bought any new tildas i was really happy to get this one. Doesnt she look happy too. I have coloured her with my promarkers and the flower paper is K & Co while the dottie paper is papermania. Flowers are made from a punch and i used my nestie for the image. I have placed a sequin in the centre of each of the flowers. The green leaf is also a punch. The ribbon is velvet pink from my stash.

Prince Charming one for the Boys

Well I hope you all had a good day the weather has been lovely here in Manchester and i decided that as i wasnt too good yesterday so didnt manage to get to the monthly craft meet i would do some cards and challenges today.
1st off is this fab image that Mo from Digital Pencil Too gave to her followers. Thanks Mo i can see myself using it many many times as all our little fellas are Princes. I have used my basic grey papers sorry not sure which pad as i am such a messy crafter that they get all mixed up. Coloured the image and the faux brads with promarkers. Ribbon is that sticky stuff that papermania make and i have had it for years. Stars are from crafty bits from a qvc kit many moons ago. I am using this card for a few challenges which are listed below the card.

Creattive Inspirations Colour Theme Challenge

Well the sun has been shining here in Manchester so did a bit of spring cleaning and ended up painting the box room. Now a lovely shade of Pale lilac, and wow it does look much bigger. Might need a second coat on the main wall, but happy bunny. Well enough of my day hope yours was as productive.
This week at Creative Inspirations we have a colour theme. It has been a while since we had one of these, and i must say really enjoyed it. So you ask what are the colours.

Green, Blue and Brown

I was lucky enough to get this image from one of my team mates. So I just had to play isn't it adorable. Every time i try to get this they have sold out, but it was really lovely to colour. I hope she thinks i have made a good job of it. Not nearly as good as she does, but we can only try to get better. Papers are from my stash. The flowers and leaves are a die which i bought at the local craft fayre a few weeks ago. Butterfly is a punch from another friend.

I have made this for a good friend as i didnt get time to make a easter card so have just made her a friendship card. I have just found my Sarah kaye stamps and forgotten how much i enjoyed colouring them. This fit perfectly for the challenge over at Stampvie and more who have theme this week friendship. oops no sale ladies

Well as i said in my previous post fingers crossed well they must have slipped as the buyers having already knocked us down from 154k to 140k which is the cheapest on the road by miles and having already had sereaches and a surveyor and the morgage ok'd now want us to knock another 15k off the price. Ex has kindly told them what to do with their money. OMG will this dam house ever sell and i can then move on. Been nearly 4 years since we divorced.

Creative Inspirations challenge Sentiment No image

Well hello peeps sorry not much happening on my blog these days as i am fingers crossed in the middle of my house sale but think my buyers are getting cold feet.

Anyway i am a day late with this post and we dont want to see any images on your card we would like the focal point to be a sentiment. No it isnt a April fool joke. Did think OMG how am i going to do this but once started it really enjoyed it and think it came out ok. I used on of the Trifold cards this is only my 2nd of these and once you work out the mountain and valley folds it isnt too hard. Just used 2 patterned papers and come pink card and a blank A4 piece of white card. A few Flowers and a touch of ribbon. I would like to thank Sharon on docrafts for her help with the folds. lol

Happy Mother's Day

Well here in the uk it is Mother's Day so to all you Mums out there have a wonderful day. Lost my mum when she was 49 and i was 28 at least she saw my baby who is now 27. Lost my sister a few years ago aged 39 and she would have been a Grandmother now wish she had seen her Grandchild. Miss them daily.
Mums enjoy your day and daughters, sons enjoy your mums you never know when they will be taken from you.
