 Good day and today I am here with a little bit of Digi Doodles Studios inspiration.

I have a gift bag for Halloween as it will soon be here. I noticed the mornings are so much cooler and the nights are drawing in.

I coloured with Promarkers and distressed the background

Stenciled the leaves of a tree

the bag is one of the sandwich bags great for some sweets

added a few die cut fences

Crafty Catz Challenge - ATG - For a child

 Good morning We are Back

Yes Crafty catz is back from their Summer Holidays and ready for some fun.

I am this weeks host for the challenge hope you will come and play along.

As always our challenges are Anything Goes but for fun the dt use a twist which we hope you might play along with but only for fun.

This weeks twist is For a Child.

Now round my neck of the wood the children are getting ready for school. So maybe this could be a back to school good wishes. Or maybe a birthday or even getting ready for Christmas after all Christmas is very special with Children around.

For my card I have use a Kidz image called Kidz Lily Ladybug flower

I have used some old Dp for this card and spellbinders die for the frame for the image.

Splashin' Ryan - Digi Doodles Studios

 Hi are you having a good week. I do hope so.

I havent posted much this week at Crafty Catz is on holiday but today I have my Digi Doodles Studio inspirational post for you.

As we are in Summer and I did colour this while we where enjoying the heat of the sun. Sadly today it is raining again but the grass enjoying it.

My card features Splashin' Ryan

I thought this would make a great birthday card for the pool parties the Children enjoy.

Now you can get this image as a kit with some digi papers HERE

however I have used some other papers called On the Pond  as i like the splash paper in it. You can get the papers HERE

I coloured him with promarkers and odd copic added a touch of glitter to the water sadly doesnt show too well

Die cut some flags for the sentiments and added a brad to attach

rounded the corners of the image with a punch

matted the layers with blue and yellow card

Today starts a new challenge at Passion For Markers

For my card I have used a image from  All Dressed Up stamps Floral Wellies

this card was inspired by my team mate Lisa who sent me a card with a stencilled background

I used a diecut corner as a stencil and inked through it with some colour cloud

Coloured the image with promarkers and fussy cut with some foam pads on the back.

Matted the base layer with some pink pearl card and a thin yellow ribbon

few gems and a couple of flags in the top corner

Stamped a happy birthday direct to the base layer.

Well when I started this I was thinking this isnt working but as it went on am pleased with the end result. Do you do this with your cards.

 Hello I have a lovely Summer card for you today.

Gosh i wish this was me and not just because she is young.

The image is from DIGI DOODLES STUDIOS and is Summer Reads

I thought I would use some bright colours for this one.

I coloured the image with promarkers

Sky done with distressed inks

Dp is Echo park Summer Lovin covered the whole card something I dont always do as tend to like a little white showing

The sentiment is a strip off one of the Dp pages which I placed foam dots under to raise

Well do you enjoy a good book on holiday I have to say that is really only time I tend to read a full book. Think at home I find too many other jobs to do.

All DP is from my oddments box trying to use up before venturing to shop but far too many old pads. I know when I go shopping I will end up buying more than i need.

Used a corner rounder punch on the panels.
