Exciting News- Papertake Weekly Challenge

Good afternoon hope you are still off work and enjoying the long weekend. I watch the concert on TV must say it wasn't half bad love the light effects on the palace. Now those of you that saw my post yesterday saying I was excited to be able to announce some new but not till today well I can now tell you.
Yesterday I got an email from Dawn at Papertake Weekly asking if I would be there Guest DT for June. Seems the email should have gone last Tuesday but for some reason didn't send. Well it took me all of 2 seconds to says yes. She didn't expect me to make a card for this week as it was so late. Not on your nelly I ran up stairs and and made this card straight away.
The challenge this week is a nice easy one as well so that helped.
with a OPTIONAL extra for a male
so if you are in need of a father's day card this is perfect.

The sponsor for this weeks challenge is
Lili of the Valley
who is kindly giving the winner £10 to spend in store

Now onto my card I used this image from Mo's digital pencil which I won way back called Video Boy.
 close up of image
Keep the colours of Black, grey and white for the papers and embellishments so the image stood out. Image is coloured with my promarkers. Used Dp from gemstones, dovecraft all have been in my stash for far too long. Sentiment is a whimsey stamp. Candy dots and black gems from mia flower. Nestie to frame the image.
I have decorated the inside to match the front.
Well think that is it and you like my 1st of 4 card for my guest spot. Hope you can come and join us this week and remember the male is only a option. Pop along and checkout the rest of the fab and talented team over at Papertake Weekly. Link your card up and someone will be along very shortly to have a gander.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges
Lexi's creations - man/ boys in our lives
The Cutie Pie Challenge - diecuts & punches
Here comes the boys - anything goes
Di Digi designs - male inspired
