Bags and Bags

Good evening just realised I hadnt shared pictures of the bags I made for Easter. The 1st was made from K&c pad I have had this for ages and just love the card that they are made with. I have added a charm from mia flower and a few gems. I filled this with some little eggs for a friend. The others are just simple boxes filled with mini eggs and a large Cream Egg for a friends 2 lads and made the card to go with them. The chick stamp I have had for years and as my little printer is out of action had to rummage in my stamp box as I promised them a card.

My 1st card I used Tiger Tee and made this for a neighbour it so reminds me of him. Coloured with my promarkers. Papers are from my stash and are a few years old. Some candy tots. Ribbon is Papermania and sentiment is a whisper stamp.

My 2nd card is called the Big One from Stitchy Stamps.

Ok now to my card for your inspiration. This is another card I don't like making it is a Sympathy Card and I always like to make these CAS .

Papers are from my stash had them forever. Image is Pink Petticoat Dandelion Wishes and I am not sure if they still do this. Black ribbon for the bow and some purple spotted ribbon from Crafty Ribbons. I have added just a tiny touch of glitter to the flower centres. Mounted the image on purple and black card.

For my card I went with Spring and a image from our March Monthly sponsor The Stamping Boutique
keep it CAS with just matting of card to co ordinate with the flower paper from my unknown pad. Pink Frame is embossed with white lace pattern and I think makes the image pop. Few pearls and a of course some yummy pink ribbon to tie back to the frame. I have left this as an open card but have sent to my Aunt as it is her birthday and she is Welsh and loves Daffs.

Easter at Creative Inspirations

Good morning halfway through the week and hopefully it is a short one for you with the Easter Holidays. My Son is working good Friday and Easter Monday Grrrrrrr Trafford Centre what did we do when they didn't open Sundays and late evening we managed and I bet they took they same money.

Anyway with Easter round the corner Creative Inspirations would like to see Easter cards.

For my card,I have gone all Girlie. I just love this colour combo it is a little more aqua than in the picture. 

The image is from another fab talented artist i recently found on Esty called Mayzyart you can find it here.  Framed the image with a nestie. Used my M.S.rabbit punch on the boarders and painted them with liquid pearls. Few blue gems. Also no girlie card can be without some lovely Pink Ribbon. The pink spotted paper is from a Garden Centre and it had no name on but was just fab quality for the price. Opps nearly forgot the image is coloured with my promarkers and the layout is Sketch n Stash.

It's All About Weddings & Love at Dream Valley

Good Afternoon hope you are having a good Sunday and didnt get tricked by the April Foll Jokes.

For my card I used the Bride and Groom from Whiff of Joy coloured with my Promarkers. Be aware there are lots of pictures to follow.
I didn't use any DP for this but embossed my white card with a Fiskers heart folder. Used a Memory Box dies for the corners and the railings. Some white lace and ribbon. Pearls to finish. Sentiment is a lili of the valley clear stamp. (thanks christine for the lace and railings)

Good evening well the sun has gone and it has been fairly cold today lots of coats on in the neighbourhood. Well the children have broken up for Easter just hope we get a liitle more warmth before they go back.

Sketchie time

A Very Happy Wednesday morning from another beautiful day in Manchester. Yesterday I had such a lovely time ith my nephews school they asked if i would help with the nursery childrens trip to a farm. The weather was perfect and the children good as gold. Feed the animals when on a tractor ride and the children got a donkey ride too. Left about 9-30 and was back about 1pm just enough time to get some dinner walk the dog and do a school run for my brother. Oh and it was Parents evening for my nephews gosh there faces when he picked them up eldest say well lol. Seems they are both little stars and nothing to worry about gosh we could have told them that. Hope your day was a good one too.

I do like this paper it reminds me of spring with all the flowers bursting out and I have seen so many little girls sitting cross legged chatting a sure sign of spring and good weather. After School Panic Oh Mother's Day Sunday OOOOOPS by Jake

Hi folks this is a card my nephew made just now after school when I said to him have you a card for Mum on Sunday. I knew his Dad would have one but as his younger brother had made one he couldn't not do his bit. So off Jake (aged 9) went into my craft space and even my pens. A few scream from him when he couldn't find a picture till I gave him this one from Kenny K's which reminded him of his mum to colour. Conversations went a little like this

Oh Aunty Sue you don't have a black pen to colour the hair. 

No Jake use shades of Grey.

What Mum doesn't have Grey Hair.

 Followed by Screams of 

Oh you are not helping me.

 So after I told him how to shade the hair this is his card. He stuck all the layers down coloured the image picked the papers from a selection I allowed him to choose from. Must say I did  cut them but he told me how he wanted them cutting. He picked the embellishments but bow was made by me. All in all he was really proud of it and said could I share with you. As for me I think he can go buy them in the future he is getting too good for my liking and wanting to know all my tips like how you run a glue stick over your double sided tape to help you line it up.

Skater Boy - Inspired By A Song

Good morning gosh nearly weekend again. Today being Thursday means we have another challenge for you at Craft. Well this week we would like to see your cards inspired by a song. Ok onto my card. I used a Satuated Canary image and my Song is Skater Boy by Avril Lavigne

Used some blue mirri card and red and white striped paper. Coloured image with promarkers and the sentiment are some small rubber stamps. Use a sprelli and a blue gem. Kept the layout really plain as it is a boys card.

Well this week at Creative Nat has given us another colour theme to play with and seeing as it is near to St Patricks Day she went for GREEN & WHITE
So unless it is hair and skin then it has to be Green and White.

For my card I used a stamp sadly I have neglected which is a Stampvie I think. Got this with my nephew in mind to make him a card but forgot I had it. How bad is that. Well papers are from my stash and have also been there fore ages.The branch is a M.S. punch and i coloured the image with my promarkers and cut out with a nestie. Few candy dots coloured to tie into the colour theme.

Crafty Catz Dt Card - Diecuts and Punches

Hello again this time I have my Dt card for Crafty Catz for you but before I get onto it I would like to apology to my followers and followers of crafty catz that entered last week. I didn't manage to get to half the number of you as Life just got in the way and cant believe how time got away with me plus smacking my head yesterday didn't help.

Right onto this week the challenge is to use die cuts and punches on your card. Nice easy one again so I cant wait to see what you come up with.

Now onto my card  I needed a wedding card for a neighbours work mate it is her 2nd wedding to the same guy and no it isn't a renewal of vows. Paper is K&Co , Silver mirri card, Purple pearls, Pins, flowers and ribbon from stash. Sentiment is lili of the valley. Image coloured with promarkers. I have decorated the inside to coordinate with the front.

It's Mum's Day at Craft this week

Good evening so sorry for posting this late as I had a little mishap something to do with a car door and a bump on my eyebrow which is a naice colour. That will teach me to not look what I am doing.

For my card I used a LIli of the Valley stamp I got last year and to be fair havent made good use of it so thought this would be the perfect image. Minds Eye Paper and yellow and orange card. Used my promarkers to colour and my Nesties for the frame and M.S. punch for the boarders and butterfly. Touch of ribbon to finish.

For my card I kept it clean and simple and used some red spot ribbon with some pink mirri card and coloured my image with my promarkers. The image came with the sentiment and is from Crafters Companion it was a wonderful free gift. Sorry picture is not too good but light was bad and card is already in the receivers hands so cant retake.
