I am so sorry this is late but yesterday was my birthday and had lots of friends and family popping in and so many lovely gifts and cards from crafters that my day was packed full. Exciting News- Papertake Weekly Challenge

Good afternoon hope you are still off work and enjoying the long weekend. I watch the concert on TV must say it wasn't half bad love the light effects on the palace. Now those of you that saw my post yesterday saying I was excited to be able to announce some new but not till today well I can now tell you.

Yesterday I got an email from Dawn at Papertake Weekly asking if I would be there Guest DT for June. Seems the email should have gone last Tuesday but for some reason didn't send. Well it took me all of 2 seconds to says yes. She didn't expect me to make a card for this week as it was so late. Not on your nelly I ran up stairs and and made this card straight away.

Oh Have Some News

Hello have I got you wondering well I got an email today and cant wait to tell you but then I would have to kill you and would hate to do that. So no card today from me been busy doing some DT work and if you come back tomorrow I can tell you my news but you can have a lie in because after all it is a BANK HOLIDAY so wont post till after dinner.
The sun has peeped it's little head and run away again and the dark clouds keep coming and going but no rain so far. Hope you are all enjoying the Bank Holiday and those that have had to work hope you have a lovely relaxing evening. What happened to the good old days where Bank Holidays meant no work and time spent with the family.

Good evening well the rain has stopped and the sky is clearing. My garden is feeling the relief from the rain and think it will be growing again. My neighbours kids are all sadden by their rabbit dying as a fox got it and the cheeky think sat on the front lawn waiting for my neighbour to go in so it could finish its meal. CRAFT goes Easel Mad

Happy Thursday to you all and thank you to everyone that managed to join in the Blogannivary Fun! at CRAFT last week we had a blast checking out your creations and on behalf of the team thanks for making it special. Watch this space for announcement of the winner of my Hop.

Well what do we have for you this week at CRAFT. We we would like you to make an EASEL CARD this could be a simple one like mine or a more adventurous one like some of the team have done. However as long as it is a easel card that is the object but have fun.

Image coloured with Promarkers, DP is papermania very old pad nice bright colour yellow. Lots of layers of card in various colours, Ribbons from local stockist. The swirls are funky foam and some clear star gems on the sentiment which is a Papermania Stamp

Creative Inspirations Case It Challenge - Caroline

Good morning well sun is shining so that isnt half bad is it. Today being Wednesday sees the start of another challenge at CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS and this week is CASE CAROLINE'S CARD. This is going to be a regular theme once a month we will case a different member of the team. So you will need to pop over and checkout Caroline fab card and while you are there get some more idea's from the team.

 Now onto my card hope you like I took the layout and also used a cute little dragon from Digi Stamp Boutique called Harold. I embossed the Teal card  with a folder from Fiskers and a cuttlebug folder which you can see better on the close up picture. Some lovely ribbon I got from a local shop got a few colours so expect to see more. Few clear star gems and the yellow DP is from Papermania. Image coloured with promarkers and added pearl dots or are they blobs on the cake. Tee Hee. Happy Birthday sentiment to finish off.

Sugar Nellie Sketch Challenge

Good evening hope you have had a wonderful day weather has been quite nice here with some sunshine but a fair bit of wind. This evening we have had some rain so hopefully it has cleared for tomorrow.
Kiki  at I Play the Sugar Bowl has done this fab sketch and I just had to play with it as I had some spare time after doing my DT work so this one is purely for fun and hope you like it.. I have used a digi stamp called Rebecca he so reminds me of me when I was younger with my socks half down. I have coloured it with my Promarkers. DP is Hot off the press and K&co. Lace from local store and ribbon from stash. Pearls is from Mia flower. Flowers from stash.Leaves are spellbinder.

Apoligy for picture but light in my room is very poor this evening and have tried to get a better one but it isnt playing.

Good afternoon and welcome to another DT creation for DREAM VALLEY. Gosh that fortnight went quick and we had an amazing number of entries and I was blown away by the talent.

This time we have a fun challenge you may have seen on a fe challenge blog the word CASE. Well we would like you to case a DT card this could be any of our DT's so head on over and take your pick. 

Case it now what does that mean - I would take it to mean either the colour or image or layout or style, personally I tend to do the layout and colour but head over to the blog for more info. YOU MUST state in your post which DT you are casing so we can check

Ok here is my card for your inspiration
I have kept it clean lines and as you can see this is for a special birthday and has a modern feel too it

Image is coloured with Promarkers and is by Bugaboo. DP is born to shop, Touch of ribbon just love this how the edges are satin and the middle you can still see the image. The die cuts are from a friend and I believe are Nellie Sheldon. Large 21st Peel off in Silver and computer generated sentiment which I saw on anothe blog but fitted this perfectly. This card I made for my neice gosh only seems five minutes since she was a toddler. Think I am getting old. Tee Hee
